Directions:
During your favorite television show of at least 40 minutes, during the commercials you are to perform a fitness exercise for the entire length of the commercial. In general, an example of the activities would be any of the exercises we do in class or the pictures you see on this paper.
At the end of your T.V. show you must have your parent or guardian email me or send a message via REMIND(Grades K-2) or log into google classroom(Grades 3-5) and post that you completed the assignment and list the exercises that you completed.
Be sure to include the students name, grade level, homeroom teacher and parents name.
Exercise Ideas:
Sit ups, Planks, Squats, Lunges, Mountain Climbers, Jumping Jacks, Jog in Place, Toe Touches, Wall Sit, Wall Push ups, Stretching, Stair Sprints, etc, etc

Directions: Complete the following workout exercises with timed intervals.
At the end of your workout you must have your parent or guardian sign this paper saying that you completed the assignment.

20 MINUTE WORKOUT
60 seconds: Sprints up and down a flight of stairs, two steps at a time if you can.
60 seconds: High knees (like a fast, bouncy, knees-up-to-chest march-in-place).
60 seconds: Simulated jump rope.
40 seconds: Squats, then a 20-second rest
40 seconds: Jumping jacks, followed by 20-second rest.
40 seconds: Planks, (Straight arm or bent arm) followed by 20-second rest
40 seconds: Split squats (one foot in front of the other), 20 seconds each side; 20-second rest
40 seconds: Mountain climbers, followed by a 20-second rest
2 minutes: Rest
